Our Story
Aura Maldives was founded by Aishath Yusfa Athif (Yush) from a love of art, design and the islands she calls home.
Growing up in the Maldives, the islands naturally shaped Yush's creative perspective. With a background in art and design, that perspective gradually evolved into Aura - a contemporary Maldivian label shaped by island life.
Art and familiar island references often become the starting points for our designs, interpreted through print, colour, texture and detail.
Aura brings together art, memories and stories shaped by the islands we call home.
