Our estimated delivery time for these locations is 1-2 days, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Please note that this timeframe may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or other factors beyond our control or the carrier’s.
2.2 Resorts and Guesthouses
We offer delivery to the respective head offices in Malé, Hulhumalé, and Villimalé. Our estimated delivery time is 1-2 days, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on weather conditions or other factors beyond our control or the carrier's.
2.3 Boats
We offer delivery to boats departing from Malé, Hulhumalé, and Velana International Airport. The estimated delivery time is 1-2 days, excluding Fridays and public holidays. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to weather conditions or other factors beyond our control or the carrier's.
Ensure the boat is docked for at least 3 hours to allow sufficient time for delivery. Once your order is confirmed and ready for dispatch, we will contact you to coordinate the delivery timing.

2.4 Pickup
Orders can be picked up from M. Noogiri, Ithaa Goalhi, Malé, Maldives. Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours. You will receive a notification via email or text when your order is ready for collection.

3.1 Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring availability to receive the order.
3.2 Boat Deliveries
Aura Maldives is not liable for the package once it has been successfully delivered to the designated boat. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the boat is docked for the required duration and that the package is received by the intended recipient on board.
3.3 Failed Deliveries
In the event that a delivery fails due to incorrect information or the recipient’s unavailability:
We will attempt to contact you within three calendar days to resolve the issue.
If we are unable to reach you, Aura Maldives will not be held responsible for any loss, and no refund or reshipment will be provided.
- Order Confirmation: Sent when the order is successfully placed and is being processed.
- Order Delivered: Sent when the order has been successfully delivered.
