Returns & Exchange Policy

At Aura Maldives, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple return and exchange process.

2.1 Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and returned to us in the original packaging.

2.2 Eligibility for Exchanges
We will only exchange an item for the same product if the original item is defective or damaged when we delivered it to you.

2.3 Return or Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at care@auramaldives.com with your order number within no later than 3 calendar days from the date of our delivery of the item to you and state the reason for the return or exchange. Once your return or exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us. All items that have been approved for return or exchange must be sent back to us within no later than 3 calendar days from the date of our approval of return or exchange.

2.4 Refunds
Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it is unused and in the original condition that we sent it to you. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for refund or exchange. If approved for refund, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. If approved for exchange, we will send you a replacement item.

Certain items are non-returnable, such as undergarments or items marked as sale.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
