This statement print showcases the touch-me-not plant, locally known as ‘Ladhugas.’ Found throughout the Maldives, this unique plant is known for its sensitivity to touch, gracefully folding its leaves when touched. The artwork beautifully captures these delicate movements, adorned with purplish-pink, pom-pom-like flowers and miniature butterflies. The design elements for this piece were illustrated by Maldivian artist Fathmath Azleina.
